Job Title: Content Creator

Department: Marketing & Communications
Location: SRM Global Hospitals
Reporting To: Head of Marketing

Experience: 2-4 years (Healthcare or hospital experience preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our team at SRM Global Hospitals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and impactful content to promote hospital services, patient education, internal events, doctor branding, and public health awareness. You will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Development:

  • Create high-quality, original content for digital platforms: website, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Write content for brochures, posters, standees, patient information leaflets, and event collateral.
  • Develop scripts for doctor interviews, patient testimonials, and promotional videos.
  • Draft communication for internal employee programs, health camps, and community outreach initiatives.

2. Digital Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars.
  • Assist with SEO-friendly content creation to improve online visibility.
  • Coordinate with the graphic design team to bring content to life visually.

3. Doctor & Department Branding:

  • Assist in building profiles for consultants and departments through storytelling, write-ups, and campaigns.
  • Draft introductions, achievements, and special case highlights.

4. Event & Campaign Content:

  • Create event coverage write-ups for internal newsletters and social media.
  • Promote special days (e.g., World Heart Day, Breastfeeding Week) with educational content.

5. Photography & Videography Coordination:

  • Plan content around photography and video shoots (in coordination with creative agencies).
  • Assist during shoots and ensure post-production content aligns with the hospital’s brand.

6. Social Media Support:

  • Write compelling captions, reels scripts, and storyboards.
  • Track trends and suggest creative ways to engage the audience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field.
  • Strong command of English and Tamil (writing & speaking).
  • Proven experience in content creation; hospital/healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs; basic understanding of Canva or Adobe tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent storytelling, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
