Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Creator Lead located in Kochi. The Content Creator Lead will be responsible for managing content creation projects, developing content strategies, conducting market research, and leading a team of content creators. The day-to-day tasks include overseeing content production, ensuring high-quality standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing creative and effective content campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Web Content Writing, Creative Writing, and Content Strategy skills
• Experience in market research and consumer analysis
• Excellent proofreading and Editing skills
• Digital Marketing and Content Marketing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi and collaborate with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
