Content Creator

We are seeking a highly creative Content Creator to join our digital marketing agency, with a focus on creating social media content. This role requires someone skilled in preparing engaging scripts, content strategies, and creative ideas for reels, short-form videos, and visually appealing posters that connect with the target audience and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies designed for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging concepts and scripts for reels, short videos, and ad creatives
• Collaborate with the design and video production team to bring creative ideas to life
• Prepare compelling captions, hooks, and storytelling formats tailored for social media trends
• Brainstorm creative campaigns and content calendars aligned with client objectives
• Repurpose content ideas into multiple media formats such as reels, posters, and stories
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends (memes, challenges, viral formats) and apply them effectively
• Ensure content reflects each brand’s voice consistently while driving engagement and reach
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality, impactful creative assets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or Scriptwriter for social media campaigns
• Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills with trend-savvy awareness
• Ability to prepare short, engaging scripts and campaign storyboards
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of visual storytelling and working with creative teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
