Content Creator

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in videography, content creation, and social media management. They should be innovative, adaptable, and capable of traveling to different branches as needed. This role requires planning and executing content strategies aligned with the target audience, supporting the team in campaigns, and working according to the content calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and produce engaging video and visual content for social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Develop creative content ideas tailored to target audiences to increase engagement and reach.
• Capture high-quality testimonials, events, and other brand-related content.
• Travel to different branches when required to create content on-site.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and innovations to optimize content.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to plan campaigns, content schedules, and promotional strategies.
• Work efficiently according to the content calendar, ensuring timely posting and updates.
• Monitor the performance of content and suggest improvements based on analytics and audience feedback.
• Assist in brainstorming and implementing new ways to enhance brand presence online.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Specialist.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel and work on-site at various branches as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan content according to a calendar.
• Knowledge of analytics tools to track content performance (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).

Preferred Skills:

• Photography and basic design skills.
• Experience in influencer or community engagement.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
