Roles and responsibilities

As a Content Developer at TGC, you will play a key role in designing and developing engaging, effective, and innovative content for our diverse clientele. Your key responsibilities include:

• Creating informative and engaging learning content for various training needs
• Partner with designers, subject matter experts, and other content developers to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of content
• Review, edit, and refine content for clarity, consistency, and accessibility, incorporating learning feedback
• Stay updated on gamification and instructional design trends, experiment with formats and techniques
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with everyone involved

Required Skills

• 0-2 years of content creation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• An affinity for research and attention to detail
• Good project and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate with other creative and technical professionals
