Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Creator & Editor who can ideate, shoot, and edit high-quality content across weddings, brand shoots, and social media platforms. This role requires someone energetic, fast, emotionally aware, and strong in both creation and editing.

You must know how to capture the soul of weddings, create engaging reels, BTS, UGC-style content, and edit them into polished luxury visuals that match Novella's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form content at weddings, pre-weddings, office setups, and brand campaigns
• Shoot BTS, candid moments, guest interactions, and emotional storytelling clips
• Record client testimonials and behind-the-scenes content for brand use
• Edit reels, teasers, and social-first videos using current trends and audio
• Plan, conceptualize, and execute brand content ideas with the team
• Design visual stories that align with Novella's luxury aesthetic
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, color, and presentation across all content
• Handle last-minute content requirements during weddings or events
• Work closely with photographers, cinematographers, and brand managers
• Manage content archive, backups, and delivery timelines
• Stay updated with trends, formats, transitions, and audio styles
• Travel for weddings (domestic & international) and adapt to dynamic shoot timings

Requirements

• Strong experience creating Instagram reels, short videos, BTS content, and UGC-style clips
• Editing skills in CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Ability to shoot high-quality content using phone or camera
• Understanding of music, rhythm, story pacing, and luxury visual storytelling
• Comfortable with late nights, long hours, and fast-paced wedding environments
• Good communication skills and on-ground confidence
• Knowledge of social media trends, hooks, captions, and storytelling
• Passion for weddings, emotions, and creating content with meaning
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight timelines
