This isn't your average editing internship. At Inspired By Dreams, you will be at the heart of a creator-led podcast that features powerful conversations with doctors, entrepreneurs, fitness creators, and viral influencers. In addition to podcast editing, you will also have the opportunity to participate in sporting events such as marathons, community workshops, and real-world experiences, where you will edit engaging event vlogs alongside podcast content. We are seeking someone who can edit with purpose, bring ideas to life, and capture the energy both on and off the mic. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting during in-person podcast recordings in Noida (24 times a month, mostly weekends), handling camera setups, lighting, mics, and BTS content during shoots, editing BTS clips and podcast vlogs for social media, editing event vlogs (marathons, workshops, community-driven events), creating short-form podcast content like Reels, Shorts, teasers, and highlight cuts, supporting the editor with long-form podcast episodes when needed, and contributing creative ideas for viral formats, hooks, and content repurposing. Please note that except for shoot days in Noida, this internship is remote/work-from-home. If you are serious about content creation, storytelling, or building a career in digital media, this internship provides you with a backstage pass to work hands-on with creators & strategists, edit content that goes live across multiple platforms, gain exposure to podcasts, marathons, and influencer-led events, and learn how to create content that resonates with today's audience. Inspired By Dreams is a Delhi-NCR-based youth-led organization dedicated to empowering digital creators and changemakers. One of our key initiatives is the Inspired By Dreams Podcast, where we host conversations with changemakers, creators, and thought leaders to showcase their journeys and impact. Additionally, we operate a creator merchandise vertical, partnering with influencers to launch purpose-driven products that reflect their message and build stronger connections with their communities.,
