- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging content (reels, posts, stories, short videos).
- Manage our content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
- Collaborate with the founders and marketing team to amplify brand storytelling.
- Track analytics to learn what works and constantly experiment with new formats.
- Engage with trending audio, meme culture, and community-driven storytelling.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation (brand or personal).
- Strong portfolio of reels/posts that show creativity and engagement.
- Must have 5K+ followers on your personal page or verifiable experience scaling a brand/page to that level.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).
- Understanding of social trends, memes, and what grabs attention in the first 3 seconds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
