Stipend

Paid internship (6 months) with PPO consideration based on performance.

What you’ll do

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) and long-form walkthroughs for YouTube and social platforms.
• Write clear, engaging content: captions, scripts, blog snippets, and property/project summaries aligned to brand tone.
• Design thumbnails, carousels, and social graphics using Canva/Photoshop; maintain visual consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing for content calendars, on-site shoot coordination, and publishing workflows.
• Repurpose content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), adding hooks, CTAs, and hashtags.
• Stay current on real estate trends in Gurgaon (Dwarka Expwy, Golf Course Ext., SPR, Sohna) to create accurate, value-driven content.
• Organize media assets, follow naming/versioning practices, and deliver on deadlines.

Must-have skills

• Video editing: Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut.
• Design: Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop for thumbnails and social posts.
• Writing: Content writing, creative writing, crisp captions, and SEO-aware titles/descriptions.
• Filming basics: Framing, audio, lighting; comfort shooting on phone/DSLR for site visits.
• Platform know-how: Reels/Shorts best practices, YouTube metadata, LinkedIn post formatting.

Nice-to-have

• Knowledge of Gurgaon real estate micro-markets and buyer personas (luxury, NRI, investor).
• Basic analytics familiarity (YouTube Studio/IG Insights) to iterate on hooks and thumbnails.
• Own laptop and, if possible, are strong pluses.
