1. Develop a wide range of content, including videos, event collateral, employee testimonials, etc., to position Mu Sigma as an employer of choice across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
2. Own the content development process from ideation to execution, including writing, video direction, and design
3. Collaborate with Marketing, Design, HR, Business teams, and external agencies to develop impactful content strategies adaptable across multiple channels.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
