Content Creator and Social Media Manager

As a Content Creator & Social Media Manager for our womens clothing brands, your role involves creating engaging content and managing our online presence effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, shoot, and edit Reels, Stories, and Photoshoots for various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, etc. - Develop UGC-style videos, product styling videos, try-on hauls, and behind-the-scenes content. - Write captivating captions, hooks, and ad copies in line with the brand's tone. - Coordinate with photographers, models, and influencers for shoots. **Social Media Management:** - Manage brand presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts. - Create and maintain a content calendar for various events and offers. - Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and tag-based interactions. - Monitor analytics such as CTR, reach, engagement, and follower growth. **Campaign & Collaboration:** - Collaborate with the performance marketing team to develop effective ad creatives. - Identify and manage influencers & creators for collaborations. - Coordinate with the design/marketing team for product launch campaigns. **Skills & Qualifications:** - 3 years of experience in fashion/e-commerce content creation or social media. - Proficiency in Instagram Reels trends, Meta Ads creatives, and tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro. - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. - Understanding of fashion styling, color aesthetics, and womens clothing trends. - Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
