The role combines research, outreach, coordination, and content assistance to expand visibility in the wedding and events industry. Ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and managing creative tasks. Key Responsibilities:- 🔹 Scouting & Research Identify and research wedding planners, event companies, luxury venues, and agencies (India & international). Build and maintain an updated database of contacts and opportunities. Track upcoming weddings, festivals, and event trends to spot new prospects. 🔹 Outreach & Pitching Send artist profiles, proposals, and decks to prospective clients via personalized emails, texts, and follow-ups. Maintain communication records and ensure timely responses. Draft compelling pitches tailored to different event segments. 🔹 Coordination Assist in coordinating with event companies and planners for confirmed shows. Keep track of bookings, schedules, and important event details. Provide backend support in preparing documents and communication. 🔹 Content & Digital Support Help manage artist’s social media (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) through posting and scheduling. Write short captions and assist with content ideas. Upload and manage audio on music platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.). What We’re Looking For:- Excellent communication and writing skills. Strong organizational and follow-up ability. Proactive and resourceful, with attention to detail. Comfortable with basic digital tools (Excel/Sheets, Canva, social media). About the Role: Raghav Gambhir is looking for a passionate Audio Engineer / Music Production Intern to join his team, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role. The position offers hands-on exposure to devotional, Sufi, and Indian-inspired music productions, blending traditional sounds with contemporary arrangements. Location & Setup: Based in Delhi NCR ONLY Should be able to visit the studio 2–3 times a week, or work remotely from their own setup. If working from the studio, proficiency in Logic Pro X is required. If working remotely, proficiency in any professional DAW (Ableton, FL Studio, Cubase, etc.) is acceptable. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recording, editing, arranging, and mixing music projects. Collaborate on new devotional and Sufi compositions. Research and source sound samples, loops, and textures that complement project concepts. Support sound design, vocal editing, and pre/post-production activities. Manage project files and ensure workflow efficiency across sessions. Preferred Background: Graduate or final-year student from a Music Production / Sound Engineering institute, or someone who has been practising music production independently and understands the full production process. Good understanding of Indian music sensibilities, with an eagerness to explore devotional and Sufi sounds. Basic knowledge of recording setups, vocal processing, and mix preparation. Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in researching sounds and musical ideas. Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to learn through live and studio projects.
