We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth by building partnerships, expanding market reach, and scaling Torchit’s impact. Role Overview The BDM will identify and develop new opportunities with corporates, CSR arms, government bodies, NGOs, and international organizations . The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and execution to grow sales, partnerships, and projects. Key Responsibilities Partnership Development Identify, approach, and build relationships with corporates, PSUs, CSR foundations, NGOs, and government agencies. Develop proposals, MoUs, and partnership models aligned with Torchit’s mission. Represent Torchit at national and international forums, exhibitions, and events. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve sales targets for assistive solutions across B2B, B2G, and CSR markets. Pitch and close deals with CSR heads, procurement teams, and institutional buyers. Manage accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and drive repeat business. Strategy & Market Expansion Research new markets (India & global) for distribution and sales. Build channel partnerships and reseller/distributor networks. Collaborate with marketing to design impactful campaigns for fundraising and product launches. Project & Relationship Management Track CSR projects, government schemes, and grants relevant to assistive technology. Coordinate implementation of projects with internal teams (operations, logistics, impact team). Maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Reporting & Analytics Maintain a sales pipeline, prepare monthly BD reports, and present progress to leadership. Analyze trends to refine strategy. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in CSR, social enterprise, or tech-driven NGO/startup. Proven track record of achieving sales/partnership targets. Strong network with corporates, CSR teams, NGOs, and government agencies (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel extensively across India (and abroad if required). Passion for social impact and disability inclusion. We are now looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to amplify our mission, strengthen our brand presence, and drive meaningful engagement across platforms. Role Overview As the Social Media Manager, you will lead Torchit’s digital presence across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channels). You will craft and execute strategies to engage diverse stakeholders – including people with disabilities, NGOs, corporates, government bodies, and global partners. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with Torchit’s mission, campaigns, and business goals. Identify key trends, tools, and platforms to maximize reach and engagement. Content Creation & Management Plan, create, and manage engaging posts, reels, videos, and stories that tell impactful stories of Torchit’s work. Work closely with design, video, and product teams to produce high-quality, inclusive content. Maintain a monthly content calendar. Community Engagement Foster meaningful conversations with our online community (beneficiaries, partners, donors, corporates, global followers). Respond to messages, comments, and queries with empathy and professionalism. Campaigns & Growth Run digital campaigns for awareness, fundraising, product launches, and CSR partnerships. Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) when required. Track KPIs like reach, engagement, followers, and conversions. Analytics & Reporting Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports. Use insights to refine content and strategy. Brand Building Ensure consistent voice and storytelling that reflects Torchit’s values: innovation, impact, and inclusion. Leverage awards, recognition, and partnerships to strengthen Torchit’s global brand. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in managing social media for brands/NGOs/startups. Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube). Excellent storytelling, writing, and visual communication skills. Familiarity with design and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.). Ability to analyze data and optimize performance. Passion for social impact, disability inclusion, and innovation.
