Key Responsibilities:
Instructional Design: - Design and develop instructional materials, including eLearning modules, videos, and other training assets using Adobe Captivate. - Collaborate with SMEs to understand course objectives and learning outcomes, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals. - Develop storyboards, scripts, and interactive elements to enhance learning experiences. - Apply adult learning theories, instructional models, and best practices to create engaging content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.- 4+ years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on eLearning and multimedia development.
