Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Plan, draft, and schedule posts across platforms
  • Create basic content captions, stories, reels, and product posts
  • Research trends, competitors, hashtags, and audience insights
  • Track engagement likes, comments, reach, clicks, saves
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with the community
  • Maintain and update the monthly content calendar
  • Coordinate with design, product, and marketing teams for approvals
  • Assist with influencer outreach, follow-ups, and coordination
  • Support during shoots ideas, props, BTS, uploads
  • Organize brand assets photos, videos, testimonials, etc.
  • Handle customer queries and provide polite, timely responses
  • Coordinate and process orders, shipping updates, and follow-ups
  • Offer end-to-end client service from inquiry to delivery and feedback
  • Help resolve order issues, delays, exchanges, or custom requests
  • Share product details, pricing, offers, and recommendations when needed
