Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Assist in creating reels, posts, carousels, stories, and captions aligned with brand tone
Research trends, formats, hooks, hashtags, and competitor content daily
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and performance team for content execution
Write clear, concise captions and basic ad copies (organic + paid support)
Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement; escalate leads to sales team
Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, clicks) and prepare weekly reports
Support influencer/UGC coordination: sourcing creators, briefs, follow-ups
Audit brand pages and suggest improvements for growth and consistency
Assist in campaign launches, offers, and festival/seasonal content
Follow internal SOPs, naming conventions, and approval workflows
