We are looking for an academician with energy, vision, ambition, and good leadership skills. The person should possess the potential for successful management. He / She should have real interest in curriculum and related issues and a positive enjoyment of all aspects. He / She would professionally manage teams and get the projects completed as per deadlines. The individual should also have an understanding and be aware of how digital technology has reshaped education.
1) Lead the content team for K12 Science
2) Train and mentor teammates
3) Overseeing the development of a progressive and challenging curriculum
4) Managing the complete team and the different departments within, and work with the Head of Academics to implement, monitor, evaluate, and review the curriculums.
5) Leading Teachers' Training
Should have excellent subject knowledge.
Should have working knowledge of Blooms Taxonomy
Should have working knowledge of using Microsoft Office.
Should have working knowledge in Google Drive, Google Sheet, Google Forms and Google Docs.
Should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Should have confidence to contribute their own ideas and initiatives
Should enjoy working in a team and across teams.
Should have the ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively manage the workload.
