Description & Requirements We are seeking a Contact Data Process Principal within Sales Operations team, responsible for designing and maintaining workflows that optimize contact data acquisition and enrichment. This role involves defining enrichment workflows, prioritizing data sets based on regional needs, industry focus, and business motions, and managing vendor relationships to enhance data quality and coverage. They will be primarily responsible for designing, operationalizing, and optimizing the contact enrichment process. Key Responsibilities: Create and document acquisition and enrichment framework to ensure structured and efficient contact data processes. Review effectiveness of enrichment efforts to assess impact and refine strategies. Prioritize areas of focus for targeted enrichment and acquisition based on business needs. Operationalize acquisition efforts to streamline data collection and integration. Manage data vendor enrichment priorities by region to ensure optimal data coverage. Coordinate intake with contractor team efforts. Report and resolve workflow blockers. Report enrichment progress and success metrics. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing Operations, or Data Governance, or a related field. Proven experience in data process management, preferably in a sales operations environment. Strong analytical skills with expertise in data enrichment and workflow optimization. Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and data vendors like ZoomInfo or other contact enrichment platforms. Ability to evaluate and manage vendor relationships and negotiate SLAs. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve workflow blockers efficiently. Strong project management skills.
