Job Description FCCM Consultant: Description: Strong technical resource with experience implementing OFSAA FCCM solutions for large Financial Institutions and/or Insurance clients. Domain knowledge on KYC ( Know your customer), AML, Trade Compliance, Transaction Filtering, Customer Screening and ECM ( Enterprise Case management).Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, exposure to Java, Shell Scripting and Web technologies. Strong application deployment experience with various Web-Application servers such as WebLogic. Customize, if needed, existing user interface to meet clients requirements. Analyze user requirements, procedure, and problems to automate/improve systems. Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities Major responsibilities include: Manage Tier 1 customer implementation to deliver core business objectives of FSGBU and develop trusted relationships. Support FSGBU Consulting to influence key technical and architecture decisions with senior stakeholders. Support to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product Engineering and support teams Install and deploy the OFSAA solutions in a customer environment. This includes coordinating with customer technical resources. Support all phases of deploying the OFSAA solutions at customer sites, including initial installation, patches and upgrades, application configuration, batch executions, troubleshooting, system integration testing, user acceptance testing and go-live. Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the OFSAA solutions. Discuss and document the configuration of the client environment. Support to train customers in managing the OFSAA environment. Train new resources on the product, customer environment and implementation tasks Adopt and contribute to Organizational best practice methodologies for knowledge dissemination throughout the OFSAA Delivery organization. Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills are required for this role as this will involve managing customer conversation directly.Location: Bangalore, IndiaEducation: Engineering Degree in Computer Science or Masters in Computer Applications
