Consultant/Senior Consultant Forecasting

Role Overview: PharmaACE is a growing Global Healthcare Consulting Firm, headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey. They have expert teams of Business Analysts spread across the US, Canada, Europe, and India, offering Analytics and Business Solutions using worldwide delivery models to a diverse range of clients. Their clients include multinational BioPharma leaders, innovative firms, and entrepreneurial entities in various therapeutic areas. PharmaACE specializes in Forecasting, Business Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, Sales Analytics, and the Analytics Centre of Excellence Model. Key Responsibilities: - Play a crucial role in executing analytics/consulting engagements by effectively managing projects. - Develop forecasts, analysis, and actionable insights to help clients achieve their strategic and financial objectives. - Manage and coordinate complex consulting projects through client and people management, subject matter expertise, and effective communication skills. - Participate in global client discussions, provide competitive assessments, and offer insights for strategic decision-making processes. - Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to understand disease and patient segments based on client needs. - Integrate primary research and secondary data to draw conclusions and identify risks and opportunities for the business. - Utilize relevant data sources such as DRG/IQVIA to provide insights into forecast assumptions. - Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality delivery of work to clients. - Convert Excel models into comprehensive reports and PowerPoint presentations for client utilization, emphasizing storytelling and narrative. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharma, life sciences (Biotechnology, Bioinformatics), engineering, or Business Administration. - 3-6 years of relevant forecasting and commercial analytics experience, including proficiency in financial modeling with tools like Microsoft Excel. - Expertise in developing, implementing, and managing strategies for modeling in collaboration with life sciences teams. - Broad experience in key functional areas of Competitive Intelligence, analytics, and market research. - Strong strategic skills with the ability to think conceptually and strategically. - Previous work experience in the US/European pharma industry is advantageous. - Demonstrated people management skills and the ability to balance conflicting priorities.,
