Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant, which is located in Chandigarh. The Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients, assessing client needs, developing and implementing strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting research and analysis, preparing reports, offering solutions, and facilitating workshops or meetings with clients. The Consultant will also coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive services and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

• Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in project management and strategy development
• Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Previous consulting experience is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
