Job Summary:

Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct wellness consultations for walk-in clients.
• Understand client concerns and suggest suitable treatment plans.
• Explain treatment procedures, pricing, and expected results in a confident and patient-friendly manner.
• Convert consultations into confirmed treatment bookings.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion and client retention.
• Maintain accurate records of consultations and conversions.
• Collaborate with doctors and center staff to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales/conversion targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation in Nutrition, Dietetics, Wellness, or any health science field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Sales or customer service experience in wellness, healthcare, or related industries is a plus.
• Passion for health and wellness with a consultative sales approach.
• Basic computer skills for CRM/data entry.
