SAP TRM Consultant L3/R3

SAP Skills


  • 3-6 years of experience in SAP TRM, PSCD/FICA & case management.

  • Good understanding in refunds processing and disbursement, knowledge of payments domain to integrate refunds process.

  • Excellent understanding of Tax Authority business processes and legislation.

  • Knowledge of SAP Form based processing used for Returns and Tax purposes.

  • Strong understanding of Taxation, refunds arising out of returns, credits posting and disbursement of refunds.

  • Understands the usage of GL account, configurations of GL in Financial accounting and PSCD module.


Responsibilities


  • Understands the business processes and business challenges by applying SAP standard processes wherever possible.

  • Lead and support workshops while ensuring all requirements are captured and compared to planned scope of work and previously specified deliverables.

  • Clearly articulate the requirements and identifies the gaps by agreeing with the customer including potential additional scope.

  • Able to communicate with customer confidently, convince / coach clients on the most appropriate solution and agree on an effective way forward.


Business Skills


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

  • Understands business processes for focus area or module.

  • Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify touch points between modules.
