seeking a Master-s student in Marine Science (or related field) to support the assessment of India-s progress on Sustainable Development Goal 14. The role involves data collection and analysis on marine biodiversity, pollution, and fisheries; evaluation of SDG indicators; collaboration with stakeholders; and preparation of reports and policy briefs. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of ocean science, environmental policy, and SDG frameworks.
Experience

Qualification
Master-s degree in Marine Science- Marine Policy- Environmental Science- Fisheries Science- or a related field
Strong understanding of policy frameworks in the marine or environmental sector
Skills
Understanding of oceanography- coastal ecology- fisheries science- and marine biodiversity.
SDG & Policy Familiarity
- Knowledge of SDG 14 targets- UN indicators- and India-s marine-related programs (e.g.- Blue Economy- Deep Ocean Mission- CRZ regulations).
