As a member of EY Consulting, you will be part of a team that supports clients in achieving their strategic transformations for sustainable economic growth. You will work on projects related to operations transformation including Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing, focusing on areas such as: - Industrial Strategy and logistics master plan - Performance improvement and operational excellence - Organizational operational model transformation - Digital transformation and Industry 4.0 - Make vs Buy strategy and outsourcing - Omnichannel strategy and distribution - Implementation and automation of industrial and logistics sites and facilities - Sustainable supply chain strategy and implementation Your role will involve working closely with senior leadership of major clients across various industries, guiding them from strategic recommendations to the implementation of transformation and performance improvement plans. To be successful in this role, you should: - Hold a higher education degree - Have a minimum of 3 years of experience for senior level and 6 years of experience for manager level in operations strategy and performance, either in a consulting firm or a large international company - Possess expertise in Supply Chain & Operations, gained through impactful projects in procurement, planning, logistics, and manufacturing - Demonstrate dynamism, strong interpersonal skills, client service orientation, and excellent analytical abilities - Exhibit a track record of excellence and adaptability in diverse environments - Be fluent in English Join EY Consulting to be part of the digital revolution and organizational transformation.
