As a Manager in the Solutions Design team at Delhivery's end-to-end supply chain division, you will play a crucial role in understanding the complex logistical challenges faced by potential customers across various segments such as Auto, Consumer Durable, E-commerce, Industrial, D2C, and Quick Commerce. Your responsibilities will involve conducting data analysis, number crunching, and providing data-backed 360-degree state-of-the-art supply chain solutions covering WH Footprint, Network Design, Vehicle Selection, Warehousing, and Omnichannel distribution. You will lead the Enterprise Solution- Analytics team, focusing on analyzing and generating actionable insights to address business problems effectively. Your day-to-day tasks will revolve around driving analytics projects related to supply chain solutions, network design, and warehousing design. This includes modeling historical transaction data to optimize end-to-end supply chain solutions in terms of network footprint and mode of transportation to enhance cost-effectiveness and efficiency for customers. In addition to data exploration and analysis, you will be responsible for creating dashboards and automated tools tailored to meet business requirements. Tracking business KPIs, identifying improvement areas, and collaborating with cross-functional teams from business development to engineering and operations are integral parts of your role. Your ability to innovate, challenge conventions, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership will be key in delivering successful solutions. To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in business analytics tools and statistical programming languages such as SQL, Excel, R, and Tableau. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical curiosity, and the capability to distill data into actionable recommendations are essential. Effective communication skills, quantitative proficiency, and a proactive mindset are also crucial for success in this position. Previous experience in an analytics role, familiarity with statistical concepts, clustering, data modeling, predictive analysis, and forecasting will be advantageous. An understanding of logistics services and business finance principles is desirable. Your ability to think critically, drive profitable growth, and define strategic trajectories will be instrumental in shaping the success of the Solutions Design team at Delhivery.,
