Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments to diagnose mental health conditions.

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence-based practices.

- Provide medication management, psychotherapy, and other therapeutic interventions to patients.

- Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, nurses, and other professionals to deliver integrated care.

- Offer consultation services to healthcare providers on complex psychiatric cases.

- Participate in crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed.

- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.

- Engage in clinical research projects and contribute to the academic discourse in psychiatry.

- Provide input into quality improvement initiatives and the development of mental health policies.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution.

- Board certification in psychiatry.

- Valid medical license in Punjab

- Proficiency in diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and medication management.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Pay: ₹175,000.00 - ₹225,000.00 per month
