Consultant - Proposal Support

You will be responsible for supporting the growth of the Canadian business at WSP as a dynamic Proposal Coordinator. Reporting to a Regional Proposal Director, you will work closely with the Earth & Environment (E&E) Strategic Pursuits and Proposals Team and other internal clients to develop and deliver a strategic approach to winning business. **Key Responsibilities:** - **RFX Analysis:** Review and analyze proposal requests to understand mandatory criteria and information required for Go/No Go conversations. - **Proposal Development:** Lead end-to-end proposal development process, including creating new content and graphic design for persuasive proposals. - **Graphic Design Expertise:** Create visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for proposals and marketing materials. - **Content Creation:** Tailor proposals and graphics to meet client needs while conveying win themes and selling points. - **Formatting and Proofreading:** Ensure error-free documents consistent with corporate branding guidelines and client requirements. - **Project Management:** Coordinate proposal schedules, milestones, and deadlines with cross-functional teams for timely submissions. - **Proposal Closeout:** Assist with proposal debriefs and other close-out activities, reporting on proposal metrics as required. - **Collaborative Teamwork:** Work closely with colleagues, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather information for proposal content and graphics. - **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging design techniques to enhance proposal quality. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; certifications in proposal management, graphic design, or project management are a plus. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Experience in managing end-to-end proposal development process with strict deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset. - Ability to work with internal and external client groups in a deadline-driven environment.
