Consultant - Product and Process Enhancement

As a proactive individual joining the Product & Process Enhancement team at Digit Insurance, you will play a crucial role in enhancing existing products and processes to elevate customer experience, operational efficiency, and overall business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze current product features and operational workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Underwriting, Claims, Tech, Operations) to design and implement process enhancements effectively. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to benchmark product offerings and suggest refinements. - Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual interventions and enhance turnaround times. - Monitor product performance metrics closely and recommend necessary changes for improved profitability and customer satisfaction. - Document process changes meticulously and ensure smooth adoption across different teams. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. - Good understanding of Commercial Lines / Non Motor / Fire, Engineering, Marine, WC, Liability Insurance products and processes. - Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights. - Proficiency in MS Excel is a must, and knowledge of Power Pivot is an added advantage. - Excellent communication skills and adept stakeholder management are key requirements. Education: - Post-Graduate degree in Insurance or relevant work experience is preferred.
