Job Summary:

Consultant Pathologist

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and interpret laboratory tests such as blood, tissue, and fluid samples.
Ensure accurate diagnosis and timely reporting of pathology results.
Collaborate with clinicians for case discussions and treatment planning.
Supervise laboratory technicians and ensure quality control measures are in place.
Maintain proper documentation and follow all regulatory standards.
Participate in rotational shifts and be available for emergency pathology services if required.
Ensure safe, hygienic, and compliant work practices within the lab.

Qualifications & Skills:

MD/DNB in Pathology from a recognized institution.
Valid Medical Council Registration.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience preferred, but freshers with strong academic background may also apply.
Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
