Role Overview: As an OD Consultant at KPMG Global Services (KGS) in the Human Capital Advisory (HCA) practice, you will collaborate closely with clients to create and execute organizational design and workforce planning strategies that align with their unique business objectives. Your responsibilities will include evaluating the existing organizational structures, pinpointing areas for enhancement, crafting efficient organizational models, formulating workforce plans, and providing continuous guidance and assistance to clients throughout the process.
