Job Description

Your Impact:

Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers businesses. As trusted advisor create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Experience in OpenText ALM support and Strong hands-on experience with test management tools OpenText / Other Industry leader Tools

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

Strong experience in manual testing, developing test plans and writing test cases
Strong experience in working with relational databases and backend testing using complex SQL queries.
Solid Experience in ALM QC Installation, Configurations, Integrations, Upgrade, Migration, Site Administration, Support
Good experience of ALM Client, ALM OTA Architecture and VB Scripting
Good experience of ALM customizations (workflows, Parameters, Entities, Reporting)
Experience in building web services - WSDL, SOAP, Rest, OTA
Experience working with RDBMS like SQL, MSSQL, Oracle
Strong hands-on experience with test management tools - Micro Focus / Other Industry leader Tools

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Technical University or Bachelor's degree.
6+ years experience in technical and/or solution experience in appropriate industry.
Good to have test automation scripting experience.
Good to have AWS experience.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, work closely with business, testing and development teams.
Exceptional time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
