Job Description

Role Overview: You will work closely with the Functional Manager and Subject Matter Experts to understand the business problem, target audiences, and learning needs in order to develop learning and change objectives for the proposed learning solution. Collaboration with the client team will be essential to identify the solution approach and design, and to work through the design, development, and delivery phases. Your role will also involve supporting the Functional Manager in developing/identifying Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) measures for the project and conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA) to develop the training curriculum. Key Responsibilities: - Develop high-level and detailed content outlines in alignment with the training curriculum. - Review training deliverables to ensure quality standards are met and align with project quality parameters and industry standards. - Provide clear and effective feedback to team members to enhance their instructional design skills. - Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop relevant and effective training deliverables. - Ensure the project meets all productivity targets according to the project plans. - Identify and communicate risks to Project Leads/Functional Manager and discuss potential solutions, mitigations, or alternatives. - Design, develop, and deliver new age learning modalities, such as gamified learning, microlearning, and mobile learning. - Recommend a variety of training modalities, learning strategies, and technologies for a learning solution. - Apply proven learning methodologies and emerging technologies for adult learning. - Utilize Instructional Design models, theories, and Blooms taxonomy in all ID tasks. - Proficiency in rapid authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, and client proprietary authoring tools. - Demonstrate exceptional design and writing skills, as well as strong editing and reviewing capabilities. - Thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge and experience in instructional design. - Familiarity with technical functionalities and limitations of rapid authoring tools. - Ability to apply learning methodologies and technologies effectively. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and client stakeholders. - Prior experience in developing training curriculum and delivering training solutions. - Comfortable working with a diverse team in a project-driven environment. - Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field preferred.
