Consultant - Learning & Development

You should have the ability to design, develop, and deliver new age learning modalities, such as gamified learning, microlearning, and mobile learning, which would be an added advantage. Your role will involve utilizing in-depth knowledge and experience to identify, select, and recommend various training modalities, learning strategies, and technologies for a learning solution. You should be able to apply proven learning methodologies and emerging technologies effectively for adult learning. Proficiency in Instructional Design models, theories, and Bloom's Taxonomy is essential, and you should be able to apply these in all Instructional Design tasks. Familiarity with rapid authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, and client proprietary authoring tools is required. You should have a good understanding of the technical functionalities and limitations of these tools. Additionally, you should possess exceptional design and writing skills, along with strong editing and reviewing capabilities. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment is crucial for this role.,
