Consultant - Landscape Architecture

As a Landscape Architect at WSP, you will be involved in the conceptualization and design of various landscape architecture projects such as parks, urban plazas, green roofs, and public gardens. Your responsibilities will include conducting site analyses, collaborating with senior architects and landscape designers, preparing detailed design documents, researching plant species and sustainable practices, assisting in project proposals, and coordinating with contractors and consultants during project implementation. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and advancements in landscape architecture and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in conceptualizing and designing landscape architecture projects - Conduct site analyses and assessments to inform design decisions - Collaborate with senior architects and landscape designers to develop design plans and presentations - Prepare detailed landscape design documents, including planting plans and construction details - Research and recommend plant species, materials, and sustainable practices - Assist in project proposals, reports, and documentation - Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants during project implementation - Stay informed about industry trends and advancements Qualifications: - Masters degree in Landscape Architecture with 4-8 years of field experience - Proven experience in landscape design - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS applications (Revit is a plus) - Strong understanding of landscape ecology, plant materials, and sustainable design principles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects - Portfolio showcasing relevant design work and creative approaches to landscape design About Us: WSP is a leading professional services consulting firm dedicated to local communities and driven by international brainpower.
