Job Description

As a Senior Network Analyst and team leader, you will be expected to have a good understanding of the OSI reference model and possess the following key responsibilities and qualifications: Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrating good communication and presentation skills - Being flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic organization - Understanding ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem management processes - Utilizing ticketing tools such as BMC Remedy and ServiceNow - Understanding TCP, UDP, and IP Protocols - Utilizing monitoring and management tools like SolarWinds, CA Spectrum, and Syslog - Demonstrating strong knowledge of switching protocols like STP, VTP, Ether-channel, and VPC - Having good knowledge of Routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP - Hands-on experience with Firewalls like Cisco ASA, FTD, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and FortiGate - Familiarity with Firewall Security, networking, Firewall FortiGate, VPN, and network security - Experience with Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, and Nexus OS - Understanding of Site to Site and SSL VPN technologies - Experience with medium to large IT rollout projects involving network expansions - Knowledge of SDWAN and SDN solutions like Cisco SDWAN, Silver peak, FortiGate SDWAN, and Cisco ACI - Experience in Forward and Reverse Proxy solutions such as F5, KEMP, Citrix, A10, and Bluecoat - Being an excellent team player, taking ownership, initiative, and troubleshooting complex issues effectively Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in network analysis and leadership - Familiarity with network security best practices - Relevant certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail This job description outlines the key responsibilities and qualifications expected from a Senior Network Analyst and team leader.,
