Consultant II Business & Technology Consulting

As a Senior Consultant at UST HealthProof, your role involves leading consulting projects to support client business goals by defining business problems, recommending solutions, and delivering measurable value. You will be responsible for conducting assessments of business processes, IT environments, and change readiness. Additionally, you will apply business architecture frameworks and methodologies to map strategic goals to functional metrics, processes, data, and capabilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strategically consulting and transforming client businesses - Overseeing project delivery, including incident management, requirements gathering, and offshore coordination - Developing internal processes and reusable assets for knowledge sharing - Engaging with clients, onboarding new customers, defining workflows, and providing advisory services on product evaluation Mandatory skills required for this role include: - Expertise in at least 4 modules such as Benefits, Pricing, Claims, and Finance - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - SCRUM Master and Agile tools proficiency (e.g., JIRA) - Proven leadership experience, mentoring, and delivery management Good to have skills: - Experience with business architecture methodologies like BPM and Value Stream Mapping - Knowledge of competitive COTS product landscape and pricing/licensing models - Exposure to automation tools and advanced technology platforms - Technical documentation and knowledge management contributions Soft skills necessary for success in this role: - Self-motivation and ability to work independently - Customer-centric mindset - Effective stakeholder management - Excellent presentation and facilitation skills - Team collaboration and knowledge-sharing orientation - Adaptability and initiative-driven problem-solving Measures of success in this position include delivering transformational value to clients, maintaining high utilization in billable roles, ensuring customer satisfaction and feedback, developing reusable solutions/components, and pursuing certifications and continuous learning opportunities.
