Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading consulting projects to support client business goals, defining business problems, recommending solutions, and delivering measurable value. Additionally, you will oversee project and delivery processes, contribute to practice development, engage with clients, and evaluate products. Key Responsibilities: - Lead consulting projects to support client business goals - Define business problems, recommend solutions, and deliver measurable value - Conduct assessments of business processes, IT environments, and change readiness - Oversee incident management, requirements gathering, unit testing, and offshore coordination - Identify internal process improvement areas and reusable assets - Assist in onboarding new customers, defining workflows, and training teams - Expertise in at least 4 modules (Benefits, Pricing, Claims, Finance) - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities - SCRUM Master and Agile tools (JIRA) - Experience in offshore-onshore delivery model - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Customer-centric mindset - Effective stakeholder management - Transformational value delivered to client Qualifications Required: - Expertise in at least 4 modules (Benefits, Pricing, Claims, Finance) - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities - SCRUM Master and Agile tools (JIRA) - Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and delivery management - Experience in offshore-onshore delivery model - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio About UST HealthProof: At UST HealthProof, they are reimagining healthcare administration to reduce costs and improve experiences by combining core admin systems and BPaaS operations in a cloud-native ecosystem.
