Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Holiday Consultant. The Holiday Consultant will be responsible for creating and selling customized travel packages, providing visa assistance, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves liaising with clients to understand their travel preferences, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all travel arrangements are efficiently managed. Additional responsibilities include handling client inquiries, processing bookings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and destinations.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel consulting, tour planning, and customer service
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of global travel destinations and visa processes
• Proficiency in travel booking software and tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple client inquiries and provide personalized solutions
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field
