About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and explore funding opportunities from institutional donors, CSR partners, foundations, and HNIs.
• Develop and submit high-quality concept notes, proposals, and grant applications.
• Maintain and build relationships with existing and potential donors.
• Support donor reporting, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Coordinate with programme teams to gather impact data and success stories.
• Contribute to communication materials and donor engagement strategies.

Who Can Apply?

We are seeking individuals who are:

• Experienced in fundraising/resource mobilization (05+ years preferred)
• Excellent at written communication (English proficiency is a must)
• Familiar with donor landscapes, especially CSR and foundations in India
• Able to work independently and manage multiple proposals and timelines
• Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid model
