Job Description

Opportunityto work with Global tax practice felicitated with India Tax Firm of the Year, by International Tax Review.

Excellentlearning exposure to work with our multidisciplinary tax team with dedicatedtax professionals.

Role Description

AIF/FPI- Manage Nexdigms end to end deliverable needs from junior to leadership levelalong with department level projects

Key Result Areas:

1. FPI and AIF Taxation Management

Independently managetaxation assignments for Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPI) and AlternateInvestment Funds (AIF), ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws andregulations.

Oversee and ensureaccurate and timely filing of annual tax returns for FPIs and AIFs.

2. AIF Tax Computations and Compliance

Manage taxcomputations related to AIF Net Asset Values (NAVs) and coordinate related taxobligations.

Handle all other taxcompliance requirements related to FPIs and AIFs effectively.

3. Withholding Tax Advisory and Certification

Provide expertadvisory on withholding tax matters including preparation and issuance ofcertifications to clients and stakeholders.

4. International Tax Advisory

Deliver advisoryservices on international tax issues affecting FPIs, AIFs, and inboundinvestments.

Assist clients withstructuring inbound investments to optimize tax efficiency.

5. Foreign Payments and Remittances Certifications

Manage the preparationand processing of certifications required for foreign payments and remittancesin compliance with regulatory requirements.

6. Representation Before Tax Authorities

Represent clients ininteractions and proceedings with tax authorities, including audits,assessments, and compliance verifications.

7. Practice Management & Internal Operations

Contribute tointernal firm initiatives including financial performance tracking, knowledgemanagement, process standardization, and resource planning.

Required Competencies, Skills,and Experience

Experience in FPIand AIF Compliance Management and Advisories, Leading Clients, Team management

Good writing andoral communication skills

Knowledge of basicIT applications like MS Office, Tally, Winman, etc.,

Working experiencein the tax domain during articleship
