Job Description

Participate at the training for field teams

Work closely with the Team lead and other key experts for field data collection activities for DLI#1 & DLI#2 activities for Meghalaya.
Conduct daily field visits to assigned Health & Wellness Centres (HWCs)/Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAMs) (SC-HWC/AAM, PHC-HWC/AAM & UPHC-HWC/AAM) of Meghalaya.
Administer the verification checklist/Protocol for DLR#1 and DLR#2 using mobile device/paper tools
Facilitate data collection with the consent of local State/districts/government officials and in-charge of the health facilities
Undertake key informant interviews/feedback with health facility service providers (Facilities In-charge/Nodal officer) and health facility service users (Beneficiaries) as per prescribed guidelines and data collection plan
Ensure all data collected is complete, accurate, and in line with project protocols.
Ensure to collect photographs and supporting documents
Perform any other related activity as delegated by Team Lead/Supervisor

Reporting:

Submit daily reports of verification checklists for DLR#1 and DLR#2 sent to central data collection hub (through google drive /email) on daily basis after completion of each day s facility visits, challenges encountered, and any deviations from the plan.
Compile brief narrative summaries on qualitative findings and field observations and share with Team Lead on a daily basis
Flag any critical or urgent issues to the Team Lead immediately
Perform any other related activity as delegated by Team Lead/Supervisor

Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to gain access and ensure smooth implementation of data collection.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure completeness of data collected and avoid duplication.
Participate in daily debriefing meetings with the Team Lead and other team members.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to data collection protocols and methodology.
Provide feedback from the field if any for further improvements.
