Job Description

Role:Consultant - Documents & Communication

Role Overview:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our Documentation and Communication team. You'll help create and manage user manuals, guides, and communication materials that support our product users and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and updating user manuals and guides using Google Slides and PowerPoint
  • Design internal and external communication flyers using Canva
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure content accuracy
  • Help maintain organized documentation repositories
  • Review and edit existing materials for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree (ongoing or completed) in

    English Literature

    or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Eye for design and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
