Role Overview: As a member of BDO India Services Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating application development projects to ensure timely completion within defined schedules and budgets. You will be responsible for enforcing robust project standards, fostering collaboration within teams, and ensuring the application of Agile/Scrum/Lean practices. Your contribution will be vital in aligning project goals with business objectives and driving successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate application development projects to ensure completion within defined schedules and budgets, in accordance with business requirements and BDO Global IT standards. - Enforce robust project standards and apply BDO's product methodology effectively to application development projects and product releases. - Develop and manage program and project plans, including progress reviews and milestone achievement for reporting and tracking purposes. - Assist in understanding and teaching Scrum, Agile, and Lean practices, supporting multiple Product/Service Owners in maintaining the backlog. - Monitor and control work in progress for technical adequacy and business acceptance, evaluate agile performance metrics, and lead various initiatives as assigned. - Collaborate with the QA test team(s) to ensure the solution is adequately tested to meet business, technical, and quality requirements. - Assist in the investigation and resolution of project-related incidents and service requests in collaboration with service desk personnel. Qualification Required: - Tertiary qualifications required, such as a University IT degree, and vendor-aligned technical qualifications in a Project Management discipline (e.g., PMI CAPM/PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner). - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Lean principles and practices, with experience applying them in practice. - Experience working with multiple third-party vendors and partners to deliver complex software development projects. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to manage and resolve conflicts and issues. - Available to work flexible hours, with strong collaboration, communication, and business relationship skills. - Strong planning and organization skills to communicate effectively with varying levels of team members across business stakeholders.,
