Role Description

This is an on-site role based in Pune/Mumbai for a Consultant – Content (Finance) at upGrad.com. The Consultant will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and curating high-quality finance-focused educational content, aligning it with course structures and learner objectives. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with subject matter experts, conducting in-depth research on financial concepts, ensuring content clarity, accuracy, and consistency, and applying effective learning pedagogy in the material. Additionally, the consultant will contribute to course design and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance, Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, or similar fields
• Proficiency in Content Development, Editing, and Content Review
• Experience in Curriculum Design, Teaching Pedagogy, and e-Learning methodologies
• Research and Analytical skills for finance concepts and trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in on-site teams
• Proficiency in educational technology tools and platforms is advantageous
• Relevant degree or certifications in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines
