Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Communications Consultant to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in communications, content roles, or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Support the creation and execution of social media plans for CIFSI projects.
Coordinate with research teams to gather inputs for posts and clarify messaging.
Draft post copy, hashtags, tags, and supporting text for LinkedIn and other platforms.
Support ideation for formats such as carousels, static creatives, and short videos by drafting first-cut scripts or content outlines and sharing reference examples where required.
Track LinkedIn metrics and maintain performance trackers.
Compile numbers for reporting (SOP reviews, quarterly reports, etc.) and support verification when required.
Assist with brainstorming and preparation for engagement formats, convenings, and outreach activities.
Provide execution support for ad-hoc communication and coordination needs across the Centre.
Maintain trackers, SOP documentation, and follow-ups.
Support visibility efforts such as conferences, kiosks, and presentations.
Proofread and format smaller outputs such as event reports, concept notes, and briefs.
