Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and managing projects on digital technologies in the telecom industry. Your role will involve business analysis, process definition, program management, and consulting clients on B2B marketing processes. Additionally, you will be required to provide technology and consulting leadership, represent the company at industry conferences, and support sales efforts for new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities: - Design, define, and manage projects on digital technologies in the telecom industry - Conduct business analysis, process definition, and continuous improvement exercises - Gather, identify, and document business requirements, create functional specifications, and assess current processes - Lead technology project management, including managing vendors and client stakeholders - Manage large projects and programs in a multi-vendor scenario, leveraging Agile principles and DevOps capabilities - Lead and manage pursuits with telecom prospects, articulating Infosys products and services" unique value proposition - Design and implement client-specific solutions, develop business cases, and provide IT strategy development - Work closely with client IT teams and business personnel to uncover opportunities and draw actionable insights - Support sales efforts by creating proposals, facilitating sales presentations, and participating in client meetings - Represent Infosys Consulting and present papers at industry conferences - Provide technology and consulting leadership on the latest digital technologies and customer-centric redesign of operations and business processes - Demonstrate strong knowledge of Agile development practices, methodologies, and tools Qualifications Required: - Previous consulting experience in a leading consulting firm is preferred - At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, project management, and digital technologies in the telecom industry - Bachelors degree or Full-time MBA/PGDM from Tier1/Tier2 B Schools in India or foreign equivalent - Understanding of B2B marketing processes in telecom - Familiarity with digital technology areas such as mobility, cloud, data analytics, Power-BI, IoT, AI/ML - Strong knowledge of Agile development practices (Scrum), methodologies, and tools Please note that these qualifications and responsibilities are essential for excelling in this role.,
