Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Generate financial reports, Audit Reports including variance analysis and expenditure tracking.
Assist in developing and managing the overall budget, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management systems, and governance processes.
Prepare financial plans, forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor and track expenditures to ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and coordinate with auditors.
Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures for effective financial management.
Provide financial insights to project managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct training sessions on financial management, budgeting, and compliance.
Undertake additional project-related responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Consultant.
Conduct thorough internal audits of financial transactions, systems, and processes to assess compliance with statutory regulations, government policies, and banking norms.
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management systems, and governance processes.
Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting discrepancies, control weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in the formulation and implementation of finance policies and procedures aligned with government regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA or CA .
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Audit ,financial management, budgeting, or related areas.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, Auditing ,reporting, and compliance.
