Who are we looking for?

Designation : Consultant (AI / ML)
Experience Range : 8+ years

What is the work?

• Lead the design and architecture of AI/ML solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and guide the team in adopting best practices.
• Develop and implement robust, scalable, and efficient AI/ML algorithms and models.
• Leverage Python programming language for algorithm implementation and data manipulation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML solutions into the overall product architecture.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in AI/ML algorithms and models.
• Optimize code for efficiency and scalability.
• Create comprehensive documentation for AI/ML models, algorithms, and architectures.
• Ensure that documentation is maintained and updated throughout the development lifecycle.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and Python programming.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining AI/ML models in production environments.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
