Job Summary

1- Project Planning: Coordinate with the architect for the detailed drawings of the construction activities which need to be executed at project site. You should be able to understand the AutoCad Drawings and 3D renders make the concept come alive in reality at the construction site.

2- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of construction workers; Ensure that all team members are trained, motivated, and working efficiently.

3- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that all products meet company standards and customer specifications. Address any quality issues promptly.

4- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions to prevent accidents and injuries.

5- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work with the management team to implement changes that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs.

6- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and other required products. Ensure the availability of raw materials, tools, and equipment required for project site to avoid construction delays.

7- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily output, downtime, and quality issues. Prepare and submit reports to the senior architect.

Qualifications

1- Education: Diploma or Graduation from any reputed university in the related field.

2- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction supervisor role, preferably in the multi-storey apartment or villa constructions site.

3- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

3- Location- Reporting office in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (Project Sites in Jaipur)

4- Schedule- Day Shift (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)

5- Working days- 6 days i.e. Monday to Saturday

6- Salary Offered- 18000-20000

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
